Also known as Cámbaram Araña, Pateiro, Bruño or Hairy Crab. It is a crustacean with a large, brown body that lives between Northern Europe and North Africa (FAO 27 and 34). Very present in our cuisine. It is characterized by the intense flavor of its meat. It can also be found prepared without shell with our Crab King Crab. It is caught with pots and trammel nets.
