Mollusk selected from all the pieces we collect in our Calidade treatment plant! (Boiro, Galicia). Cockle with yellowish and irregular shapes. Its flesh is large and tasty. We grow it in Galicia (FAO 27), a region with a great seafood tradition. It is fished with a punt and a rake.
