MARESMAR SUSTAINABILITY

At Maresmar we are producing recyclable cardboard boxes as an alternative to plastic, a material that is still very common in food packaging.

In terms of our commitment to sustainability, at Maresmar we have always been committed to the use of renewable energies (solar panels, water recovery), we have held environmental awareness courses and activities to encourage a change in habits. Now we have added one more initiative:

After several years dedicating a lot of effort in producing a Sustainable but functional Packaging, we have created a box that protects the product against knocks and insulates it from temperature changes, but which is also recyclable and therefore, positive for the environment. In addition, the box is coated on the inside with a resin that does not allow the cardboard to soften if it comes into contact with liquids or wet products.
